The property has ample onsite parking. Parking is subject to the lease, parking addendum, posted signs, and community rules. Management may regulate the time, manner, and location of parking within the community. Residents, occupants, and guests must park only in authorized areas and may not block entrances, exits, driveways, fire lanes, dumpsters, sidewalks, handicap spaces, or other restricted areas. Vehicles must be properly licensed, registered, operable, and parked in accordance with community rules. Unauthorized, improperly parked, abandoned, or inoperable vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Additional parking rules may be provided by management and are considered part of the lease and community policies.
